The Honorable Kurt L. Schmoke, president of the University of Baltimore, will be the featured speaker at the June 17, 2016, Ecumenical prayer and remembrance service for the Charleston Nine at 7 p.m. The service marks the one-year anniversary of the massive slaying during a Bible study in Charleston, South Carolina.
