Have you ever dreamed of being in a Ghetto Wedding? Well here’s your chance! Auditions will be held June 4, 2016 for Ursula V. Battle’s “My Big Phat Ghetto FABULE$$ Wedding” in Turner Auditorium, located in the Johns Hopkins Hospital Ross Research Building, 720 Rutland Avenue in Baltimore from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m., and are by appointment only.

Actors, singers, musicians, dancers and other performers between the ages of six and 80 are being sought. If you enjoy working behind the scenes, we are also looking for stage crew, and administrative (secretaries) volunteers.

Bring a performance resume and a headshot if you have them. Be prepared to sing a song of your choice and to read from a script, which will be provided. Dr. Gregory Wm. Branch will be directing the production, which returns by Popular Demand and drew sell-out audiences December 2015. The presentation will be presented by Unified Voices of Johns Hopkins (UV) and Battle Stage Plays.
