Spicy Rosemary and Garlic Marinade

1 cup Texas Pete Hotter hot sauce

2 tablespoons fresh minced rosemary

2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic

1/2 cup olive oil

Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix well. Depending on cut of meat, marinate anywhere from 12-24 hours in refrigerator. Tender or small cuts of meat can marinate for 12 hours while tougher or larger cuts can marinate for up to 24 hours.

When ready, remove meat from marinade and scrape off excess from meat before cooking.

1-2 cups CHA! by Texas Pete sriracha sauce

1 quart ketchup

Combine ketchup with the sriracha and mix well. Keep refrigerated until you are ready to use.

1 cup Texas Pete Hotter hot sauce

2 tablespoons Chinese five spice powder

1 tablespoon garlic, fresh, minced

1/2 cup olive oil
