I may be a little biased when it comes to comedy legends— and many people may disagree with me— but with his new film “Top Five,” Chris Rock may have supplanted Richard Pryor as one of the best comedians of all time. Rock continues to bring raw comedy to audiences while going out on a limb to make you think.

The entertaining and thought-provoking film stars Chris Rock; Rosario Dawson; Kevin Hart; J.B. Shove; and Gabrielle Union.

The film explores the power struggle in Hollywood and why people do the things they do to stay on top.

This film seems like it’s Rock’s personal diary detailing all he’s seen and experienced in the entertainment business. Very raw indeed! However, when making films of this nature there is no better way than to be brutally honest. Rock nails it with “Top Five.”

Surprisingly rapper DMX is a scene stealer in one of the funniest scenes in the movie! Jerry Seinfeld makes a cameo in the film and he is not like the Jerry we see on television. Wait until you hear his top five.
