Happy holidays to you my dear friends. My goodness gracious! This has been a hell-la-va year. Some good, and some not so good, but the positive thing is if you are reading me now, you are above ground and that is a good thing. I know many of us have lost loved ones this year. I lost a dear brother and many friends, but at the same time, I was blessed to be able to publish a book that people seem to love. Also, the Rosa Pryor Music Scholarship Fund was able to give five children scholarships this year, thanks to you. I want to thank each one of you for supporting my columns as well as thanking Joy Bramble and the Baltimore Times for allowing me to communicate with you through words and pictures to keep you informed on what is going on in our community entertainment world. I believe that one of the best holidays of the year is Christmas, because people seem to be happier, more giving and festive than any other time of the year. I like that.
